This is the best feature on this face and it is being hidden rather than used. The mandibular angle is well defined and the chin projects enough that the lower third reads as balanced from profile, which is the harder half to get right and cannot be bought.
There is mild softening along the submental line. It is the kind of change that a practitioner will offer to treat because there is a treatment for it, not because it is the thing anyone notices. Nobody looking at this face is looking there.
If the goal is for the lower face to read sharper, the honest order is: sleep, sodium, and posture in photographs — then reassess in 90 days. If it still bothers you then, it is a reasonable conversation to have. It is not a reasonable first purchase.
